Family Time!

So, once again its been a while since I last wrote.... but hey at least I am trying. So heres the update on life since I last updated yall.

Our Families came. Which was great. Jason's parents and sister and her boyfriend Kyle came, and then my Mom and Bro came... my dad could come (very sad about that) because he had to start a new job. But it was great great great to have Texas come to us. We got to show off the house, and went to the Yuma Air Show. The grand finale was the world record breaking largest ever wall of fire. This really excited Matthew, considering he is a total pyromaniac. Everybody got to see it, except for me and my mom which was kind of a bummer.... we had some confusion on actually what time it was supposed to happen and accidentally missed it. But oh well... luckily we weren't as excited about it as Matthew was. The night after the air show we tried out my fondue pot for the first time and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Now I have been craving chocolate dipped anything since that night. Oh well.... I am trying to be good and eat healthy.

Jason has now started this thing at work called WTI.... I dont know what it stands for but I think it should stand for WORK TOO INTENSELY. Because it seems like the boy is NEVER home. He started this yucky little program the Monday after our families left, and YESTERDAY was his first day off since then. Plus the poor guy has to work 12 hours shifts EVERY DAY. I complain when I have to work 3 in a row, and he had to work like 14. Ugh I dont know how hes still going. Seems like some sort of torture test. We are definitely counting down the days until this stuff is done with.

Work is going good for me. I am done with the classes that were pushing me to the edge of sanity, and finally actually working in the ER again. Its nice to know that I am actually doing something again. I got a cold this past week, I think its because I dont have my immunity to everything we deal with at work built up yet. Im sure it will come in time. I work three days in a row this week which im not really a fan of, but good news is I get SIX days off after that. I dont know what Ill do with all of that spare time. Ill probably be super bored becaue Jason will be at work allllllllllllll the time. Oh well, at least Ill get some rest.

The dogs are good. Hank is growing so fast we cant seem to get him to not look thin. And I swear he gets taller by the day. Poor cammy got a stomach ulcer, and I have been having to giver her medicine to keep that under control. And when I took her to the vet they, in so many words, told me she was a fatty. So now on top of the stomach ulcer, she is on a diet. It breaks my heart because hank eats 6 cups of food a day and cammy gets a measley two. She thinks I am starving her to death. Oh well, at least shes in the same boat as me, I am constantly trying to get Jason to gain weight as I am trying to lose. Her and I are hungry together. = )

Well thats all I know. Nothing too exciting but its an update at least! I miss you all, Jason does too!!! We miss Texas too!!!
